| Top shelf;
Marklin Tin Battleship (made in Germany, ca.1900), wind up
motor, about 29" long, brass cannons actually fire black
powder. Many small lead Heyde boats and Battleships
(1900s-1914). Medium size Marklin
Costal Defence Gun on right (ca.1904). Lots of Heyde
sailors (ca.1900s-1920s). More interesting items on shelf,
but will need to be photographed later. 2nd. shelf: ca.1902 Bing (made in Germany) Battleship/Gunboat, 28' long, Stem powered, also lots of Heyde sailors, with small sailors 'flats" on boat. More Sailors Bottom shelf: a somewhat recent tin Battleship (Alise Models, about 10 made, ca.1970) Steam powered, 26" long. |
